The notion of it is completely reasonable, because, unless one is a turtle, one must move along with one's crap.
When one's crap consists of one box each devoted to Hello Kitty knicknacks and ballgowns-comma-winter, one's acceptance of one's own weirdness and frivolity suddenly sets in.
