My streak of unholy shitty days came to an end yesterday when Gus and I celebrated our 3-year dating anniversary with lamb and Blockbuster, and today when some of my less wanky classmates slacked off, and instead of doing schoolwork, talked about 70s TV shows. As it turns out, I'm not the only grad student with a crush on Alan Alda. Who new? And singing along to the WKRP theme isn't really any kind of worthwhile activity, but it sure does take the sting out of Horkheimer and Adorno. And if you don't know who those guys are, you are damn lucky.

And is it not imperative that Gus dress up as Mr. Kotter sometime soon, for Halloween or otherwise? Check out the evidence.
