Hello, Internet.

I'm back. And I totally had a worm in my computer! I guess those are for real, and not something the local news is trying to scare me with. If you are interested, I had the Sasser worm, which reminds me of the giant lady from Sports Night.

I watched a lot of Sports Night when my computer wasn't running so hot.

My desk has now been assembled in the new apartment that I now share with Gus. My desk is far from ergonomically correct. My wrist was already killing me by the time I got to, like, the fourth diary on my list. Cha.

This sucks because I have a lot of wedding/internet stuff to do, like choosing a beauty salon on the basis of how efficently I can get from there to the country club where the whole thing's going down.

About a year ago I read this rather socially conservative article about how everybody should basically be having small church or courthouse weddings followed by small (if any)receptions at home, because that kind of celebration should be reserved for the upper classes. Regardless of what the masses can afford.

At the time, that struck me as about the most classist shit ever, but now I'm sort of embarrassed, because my current lack of employment has made me a full-time bride/demi-socialite by default.

But I won't say that I agree that only ladies of leisure should get to experience significant fetes on their wedding days.

Rather, I will assert that no working woman should be faced with the degradation of exploring different options for escort card formation.

Oy.
