01 November 2003 - 12:06 p.m. Alone, bad! Friend, good!Bring on the Karloff! Did you know that Elsa Lanchester was not technically the Bride of Frankenstein? She was the Bride of the Monster, i.e. Karloff. But I don't want to call myself the Bride of the Monster because that's an Ed Wood movie. The title was originally significant because, at first, Dr. Frankenstein's wife was supposed to be killed so her heart could be given to the Monster's mate, but they chickened out. Which I guess is too bad, but everyone still thinks it's the best horror movie of all time, so maybe it was for the best. Either way, uh, HISSSSS! What I'm wearing: White "wife-chider." What I'm reading: Bot showing off her Halloween costume. What I'm doing after this: Chillin'. - - 07 May 2005 Wheee! - 02 November 2004 Inside of my fridge. - 28 October 2004 TV is Stupid. - 24 September 2004 "The only paperback writer who would drive a Buick is like, Tom Clancy." -Gus - 20 September 2004 |
