At Gus' insistence, we spent most of this weekend cleaning and redecorating my apartment. I guess he just couldn't take it anymore. I was sure that would be the end of our relationship. It was not. And, surprisingly, I'm enjoying the neatness more than I ever imagined I would. Go figure.

I found the most excellent postcard today - a black-and white drawing of two women in flowered dresses flanking the text "Be gay in a cotton print." I framed it so that it lookes like it's matted with four different cotton prints. It looks really cool. The problem is, I want to redecorate a lot more now. I think I can do that somewhat cheaply by using thrift store frames and dress pattern envelopes (or color copies of dress pattern envelopes) but I won't be able to make it to the thrift store for a couple of weeks. Sucks to your ass-mar!
